This portable rack can hold heavy loads (they are typically stacked in columns of 4 or 5 racks, with each rack holding 2,000 to 4,000 pounds). Empty racks can be "nested" - one rack set inside another rack - up to 6 or 7 at a time. This saves time because the empty racks can be nested by one fork lift operator, while the compact nest of racks saves floor space. The rear posts act as stops for your loads, so your fork lift operator does not have to guess how far into the rack the load should go. Many sizes and load capacities are available.

These fully welded stacking racks are easy to stack. Just line up the bottom guides and the top support beams and let the top beams guide the rack back to the stops. You never have to worry about losing the posts or top supports, since all these pieces are welded in place. The portable racks can be loaded with palletized products, or decking can be added to the base of the rack if additional support is needed to hold unpalletized loads.
