Custom Racks

Our heavy duty custom racks are designed to give years of service. Whatever you need to store or ship, whether the product is light or heavy, bulky or fragile, we can provide an affordable solution.

Shipping Racks - These racks will protect your product while it is being shipped over the road or by rail. They will stack 4 or 5 loads high to save warehouse space. In many instances, the racks can be designed to stack 2 high during shipment, reducing your freight costs. And, if the cost of returning empty racks is a concern, many times the racks can be designed with posts that fold down to allow more racks to be loaded for the return shipment.

Suspended Roll Racks – Use these sturdy stacking racks to protect sensitive rolls from damage. Since the roll is suspended on a core beam, the material never touches the rack. You can access the rolls with a fork lift or hoist. Instead of taking up all of your valuable floor space with individual rolls, put them into roll racks and stack the racks 3 to 5 high. These suspended roll racks are custom built to handle your roll dimension and weight.

Coil Racks – With our coil racks you can handle your heavy coils as easily as a 48 x 40 pallet of boxes. The stacking rack protects the coil from damage when the coils are stacked 4 high. Get your coils off the floor and free up valuable floor space!
